    While I ordered Queen pillows from the seller, King pillows were delivered. I since learned that Amazon and not nordicsource1 fulfilled the order and therefore nordicsourse was unaware of the confusion. They did however tell me to return the package at no charge to me for a full refund. Not what I wanted but I am pleased that nordicsource1 was very easy to deal with and will refund my money.

    Poorly packed oven. Damaged. Severely dented in two spots around seams. No way this guy didn’t see the damage before shipping. Almost burned my house down. And this guy paid to have it returned to likely list again. BEWARE. Amazon open box flipper. Why are people like him allowed to sell? I had to haul this thing to multiple fed exes because it was so big. What a massive waste of time. He will likely relist it

    “Store demo unit. May have cosmetic imperfection(s) on top, front, or sides of item. Item will come in original retail packaging.” Moreover could never have been at risk of 'Almost burned my house down..." as the protective plastic "manufacturer seal" was still intact after Buyer returned he unit. Unit had not ever have been plugged in. Return request was granted anyway (at my cost) per 30-day policy. **This Buyer is now blocked. Do not sell to dishonest Buyers who misuse Ebay Feedback system.
