Communication has been poor and seller has made the excuse that it's to hot to ship the fish. I offered to pay extra for overnight shipping but he said he was unable to change the request. I've ordered many fish throughout the years in the summer and have never had anybody say they can't ship due to heat. Im asking for a full refund of my money which is $147.36. This experience has not been good. Regards, Andy
