      I received the unit today. It was packed nicely. Upon unpacking, the disk load door was a jar, not closed all the way. Upon setting it up and plugging it in the door closed. Opening the door to load disc resulted in the door, not opening, but going back to the ajar position. It was initially. This is something that could not have been missed if it was tested. My guess it may have happened during shipping. Please advise, Steve Parris,

      Great Organizer AND Player!

      This unit does what it was build to do: organize your DVD, Bluray, and CD collection in one place, one unit. It can store up to 400 of your disc based multimedia collection and organize it with it's own cataloging system. It has a default list of genres to choose from or you can create some of your own. It is Ethernet capable and if you have an available connection, the cataloging system will glean the disc details from Gracenote online to fill out details. You make your viewing/listening choice with this cataloging system. It is a large machine: it's about 18 inches wide, by whatever the depth of the standard audio shelf is. It can be heard through the audio cabinet door when it changes discs, but it isn't obnoxious. You really can't hear the machine during playback. I rate it ...

      great purchase good mega player

      the sony BDP-CX960 mega 400 work well. when I first got it I open the cover to check it. It was kept in good place no dust. the manul is on line for esay reading . the operation works well . the only thing is vidating the dvds. I had to run that threw two time to get the dvds to viladate. the machine works great. the littel belts will have to be changed out soon. you take a risk when buy something online but this one came out well . I am happy with this purchase.if it dose break down I will get it fixed.I realy like not haveing to get up change the dvds when the movie is over . I would bought one years ago if I would of kown about these mega players.the player out side need cleaning so I used some gun cleaner on it . that worked well on the out side.

      Managed to organize and register all my Blu ray and DVD disks into the unit and add a wireless connection through my Denon Av amp. This freed up a lot of shelve space I am now able to use. Player video is exceptional after cleaning with a special disk.
