Originally the seller made no attempt to make it right or offer a return, only after getting Ebay involved, did the seller offer a return. I ended up keeping the item and buying the missing part myself because I needed to get the project done. After paying for this item plus shipping and having to buy the missing part, I could have bought the whole thing brand new cheaper from Amazon !!! Missing part No. 241 !!
