He did say that he dropped said item off at the post office but tracking always showed item waiting for drop off. He should have done more and went physically to that said post office and checked on why they did not receive item. Took many back and forth messages until the very end of supposed shipping before I was refunded my money back. This all sounded very fishy to me especially when he said he has 100 on reviews. I also have 100% on my reviews.
