It was carefully packaged and well protected by bubble wrap and noodle pieces under the water dispenser to support it. The product price was excellent, but shipping/handling fees were almost $55! A $42 handling fee is outrageous!! Other sellers with this same item had lower fees. Are high handling fees being charged so it so doesn't show as income to be taxed? She must have our transaction confused with something else because $42 to ship a small appliance is absurd.
