      Great deal on a great phone!

      This is a brand new unlocked phone. I already knew it had a reputation of having a weak battery, but I adjusted the power saving modes and am happy with the results. It takes really good pictures, user friendly, and has a quality feel. Was going to get the Note 5 but really needed something with the SD memory cards. Highly recommend an external battery pack if you use your phone alot. Overall I love this phone. Thanks.

      Brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 4

      It said brand new note 4 which is note the case. The phone is refurbished . It has the same problem that I'm replacing the phone I have .the screen cover or glass is loose also the back up button and home button and the one in the middle doesn't show light on them I have to push several times to have that light appear on screen to make the button's function. It's real mess .I regret to buy that phone ..

      Almost perfect

      I was super excited to unbox my Note 4 especially since it's going to add to my collection along with it being the last removable battery in a flagship Samsung device. Turning it on of course I noticed All of the AT&T bloatware which I expected and then disabled. That wasn't the issue, when I go to look at the software I see that it's still on kit Kat which is Android 4.4.4 in this case. So of course I just let everything update in the background like the Google apps, Samsung apps, and that eventually I go to update the phone itself and oddly enough it says it's up to date. Now of course that's not right, that's the software it started on! So I proceed to go through some of the usual steps in terms of updating a Samsung phone. Do a factory reset, didn't work. Put all my info in again and ...

      My 5th one

      Love the Note 4...I've purchased 5 of them. The removable battery is great (I always have a spare one charged, just in case I don't have time to wait for a charge. Memory is on a card so you can move all your photos and contacts to a new phone effortlessly (more storage directly on phone as well). Great camera and of course there is the stylus. Now they are SO affordable, if you cracked a screen, just buy a new one!

      Good phone bad battery TWICE!

      he sent a good phone w a bad battery then he sent a second one that charges til 76% both batteries bad after I asked for a good one Ill just buy another battery somewhere for 119 should have came w a good battery but I wont ask again.
