When package arrived it was just floating around in the box with only very very little newspaper. Car was not in a protector. J hook was bent and creased and one corner was damaged as well. Horrible experience with this seller. When I messaged seller I was clearly not thrilled because the value of what I purchased was deflated due to poor packaging. They only offered refund once I sent item back and was recieved by them.Reply from: amg_444- Feedback replied by seller amg_444.- Feedback replied by seller amg_444.Per our conversation through messaging...I apologized for any wrong doing on my part and felt the best course of action would be a full refund once the item was shipped back. You advised me that you would rather open the hot wheel and give me a bad review before sending it back therefore not allowing me to fix the issue. Your responses were completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I care about my customers which is why I offered the refund, however, being kind to people goes a long way. Peace!
