UPS actually contacted us to explain how poorly packaged it was and to explain that they weren’t responsible. The delivery man had my wife stop teaching so she could review the packaging. The item still arrived intact so this wasn’t the end of the world, it did spoil my sons birthday gift as the UPS driver explained what was in the box, but at least the bike wasn’t damaged.Reply from: kiki335-77- Feedback replied by seller kiki335-77.- Feedback replied by seller kiki335-77.Sorry the box did not hold up!
