Adhesive included. The shipping time was great considering the weather. I'm not a fan of the tracking method used. All it said was "Arrived at shipping facility" and "Departed shipping facility", over and over until it arrived. It never mentioned any cities enroute. So I really had no idea when it would arrive, which defeats the purpose of tracking doesn't it?
