      I had a hard time deciding on feedback, but had to choose negative. I do not believe seller is malicious or a bad person, but do not feel positive. Prior to shipment I asked seller to put spacer between dropouts to protect from crushing (an easy ask). Frame arrived without spacer. Also seller did not disclose crack to carbon seat tube at clamp; I even asked if any damage to carbon. The seller did give partial refund, but would not agree to my proposed partial refund value. Would not recommend.
