I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. They gave me info on who I should contact in warranty for repair. Outstanding vendor

I will say that I was surprised that the artwork is not removable, so you are stuck with what is pictured. I should have asked the seller ahead of time, but I'm going to find a way to swap it out. I did reach out to the seller after the fact and they responded within an hour and gave me my answers. I'm impressed with the quality for the price, just know that you are stuck with the artwork that is shown unless you are really handy.
