    Seller never shipped the item. Upon follow up, they lied and said they had shipped it earlier that day and I would be getting tracking info soon. Days later with no tracking info, I followed up again. They then informed me they didn't have the item I purchased in stock, and likely wouldn't for many weeks, and attempted to ship me a completely different item of lesser value as a substitute. Knowing no item was coming, I tried to cancel the order, which the seller rejected. Now eBay involved.
