    The item came with a different name branded on it than what the images had shown. However, it was brand new, as stated, and came in factory sealed packaging. While it does appear to be the same product that was possibly just rebranded, my initial concern was the fact that I had made my purchase decision based on research I had done on that specific brand. But the fact that they replied to my concerns immediately & went above and beyond to make it right, tells me this was truly an honest mistake!
