However the remote I received did not have that original plastic still attached so there was now way of knowing if this was indeed new or used. Item did still work and was well packaged, and for the price I would have accepted a gently used item so overall still a positive transaction, but you may want to make sure descriptions are accurate.*NEW* Apple Siri Remote A1962 4th Gen.
