Thursday came and went, no apology for error no offer to make right, finally shipped 5 days after Thursday after I messaged several times. Seller said has a lot going on. Second plant arrived no tape holding plant in pot, 1 piece of newspaper crammed in box and orchid bark spilled out everywhere and orchid now bare root.
