Great price and outstanding quality
Bought 2 front bearings for the price of one at most auto parts stores. Shipping was fast and free and the part was high quality. Bearing came with a new axle nut and the abs sensor wire has a nice braided covering to protect from wear and tear. Overall I feel like this is better quality than the OEM part for a fraction of the price. Will absolutely be buying from Detroit axle again at some point and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for quality parts to buy from them. GARBAGE front bearings!
2003 Alero front wheel bearings only lasted 5 months on my daughter's car. I had the bearings installed by my mechanic and at the time I was impressed by the overall cost. But, within 5 months the front of the car was making the same noise when turning either left or right. I took the car back to my mechanic only to discover that the bearings were in terrible shape. I regret not spending more on OEM parts to replace the bearings and will now be charged more in the long run to get the job done right. DO not waste your time on these cheap bearings!!!! And make sure that you read the fine print on the warranty. It is not worth my time to send them back only to have to wait weeks for the replacement parts while my daughter's car sits idle.2003 Alero front wheel bearings only lasted 5 months on my daughter's car.
