It arrived as anticipated, in good condition, at our small post office- within the time expected (WE DON'T HAVE REGULAR STREET MAIL DELIVERY here, where I live, in a less-populated backwater area of Northern CA.).     This brand is the one of the best in the market..Vitamin e is essential for life..Lowers high blood pressure, cleans out arteries, giving more oxygen to body and protects the cells from oxydizers..You have to read Herbert Bailey's book about the vitamin e.. I ve been taking it almost 2 years and I noticed significant things, like low ered blood pressure, more libido, more stamina...Keep taking it
