    Because i'm 84 years old, these great old radio broadcasts take me back to much happier times. I remember as a child sitting on my Dad's lap listening intently to these programs on our Philco console radio. The radio actors did so well in directing our thoughts to these imaginary happenings, that they were eagerly anticipated night after night. I am grateful to the people who took the time and research to collect these great memories!

    Great old radio shows

    I'm a big fan of old time radio shows and this turns out to be just what I wanted. Much better than 'pay' radio that's full of modern commercials and self-serving announcements by the 'host'. The disk also includes some really OLD programs before the Magees moved to Wistful Vista. Every fan of the show shoud get this. You computer will transform the MP3 to CDs if needed but car players will play either format.

    Better than nothing

    Very Disappointed with this quality of these recordings. Many of the episodes have content removed. Each weekly show should be 30 minutes long but many are between 17 and 22 minutes and some even shorter. Also many of the shows are slowed down to where the voices are very deep and not recognizable. Fibber McGee and Molly is a wonderful series and I recommend it to everyone young and old. This collection is only $7 on cd. I just wish I was told of the short comings in the description.
