    as a person with plantar fascitis this is a must have in all my shoes. I tire of switching orthotics from 1 pair of shoes to another so I just buy new orthotics for each pair. These are the orthotics my podiatrist recommends, no break in period necessary, just take out the innerpad along the bottom of your sneaker, insert this & enjoy a comfy walking feeling
