    My favorite brand for many softgel supplements is Solgar. I take 2 daily with food because I read about vitamin E helping prevent cancer from metastasizing, and this is a concern for some people.

    Solgar caps a good choice for Vitamin E.

    Solgar products tend to be top of the line as evidenced by their healing results! I prefer a Mixed Tocopherol blend vs just Alpha--even tho Alpha really does the work. If you are needing maximum results from Vitamin E go for just Alpha. Capsules can be punctured too to apply to a surface wound. Also--don't ever by tocopheryl with a y because it is synthetic. I choose the 400 i.u. vs larger like 1,000 because then I can use a little or add more as needed without taking too much at once. I do the same with D3--get 1,000 vs 5,000 i.u.
