      Increased my strength rapidly

      I purchased this even though I was skeptical of whether this stuff would work. And I gotta tell ya, it definitely did its job. I started going to the gym 6 days a week with a max bench press of 135 pounds (I weigh 135) in two weeks I was up to 170. I felt like I was definitely getting stronger within the first 5 days of use. Its a real bang for your buck too. Its gonna be hard to find 500g of this stuff anywhere else. All I gotta say is that if your serious about getting into the gym and wanna hop on the creatine wave, then this should be your choice. Good luck to all of you, and stay in the gym.

      No pain

      I am 57 years old. And start working out at the gym again. I started taking creatine before going to the gym. And not once had my muscles been sore. I go 3 to 4 days a week and try to lift as much as I can. This product has made lifting weights in exercising enjoyable again.

      To sum it up

      I can't confirm the effects "yet" of Creatine but for the price and the amount you get for this product is fantastic. I've been taking it for more than three weeks now, I'm at least noticing my rest times are smaller but I might need to just add more weight.
