The wall bracket that was sent does not fit my unit, too short for condenser to set on correctly (unit hangs over the wall bracket by an 1") also makes unit too close to house, only 3" of space.Also thought I bought a PA brand , the one I got has no name.

I primarily use it for heat in my downstairs that is 1,000sq ft It uses 450 watts of power, way less than the heater I had. I am considering buying a second for my upstairs and not using my ducted heat pump just because of its efficiency. It took more than a day to install because I had to run power.

The condenser is exactly as described in the listing and appears to be in excellent, unused condition. The gal at the freight company commented on how well the items were packed for shipment. Other than a few tiny scratches and a few minor deflections in the cooling fins, I see no damage of any kind. Was exactly as described and was an absolute bargain. It is a really good heat pump. The only thing that was wrong was that the air handler had been damaged internally some how. No idea how, as it was packed beyond perfect. Maybe a screw up at the factory? Either way, it was not too hard to remove the blower and straighten it out. HVAC Direct also gave me a credit that was much appreciated!
