    Bends under heavy use

    The clamp bent when pressing in a ball joint. To be fair, it does say not to use an impact wrench, which I did. There was no way I would have been able to press the ball joint in with a hand tool though. I'd just spend more money and get one made of harder steel. However, if you promise not to use an impact wrench, it will do anything you throw at it.

    Solid ball joint press tool

    This is a solid tool for the DYI guy. It’s just as strong as the auto parts store OTC rental tool. Plus you don’t have to rent the additional 4x4 add on. This one has it all. There are instructions provided by make and model for which adapters and receivers to use on specific ball joints. I was able to use it on Dana 30 axle bushing replacement with the help of a big socket.

    Good Complete Set

    The set has enough adapters that I can't picture it not working with any project I might encounter. Very glad that for a few extra dollars I could get this large set as opposed to the small "maybe it will work" set. I have rented / borrowed sets from various auto parts stores, but I really should have just bought one long ago and saved myself all the hassle.
