    An excellent product

    I started using Hyaluronic Acid a couple of years ago for my shoulder. I had constant pain and could hardly use my arm. I read that this product was good for joints so I tried it. Where other products, both oral and cremes had done nothing this product worked. Three months after I started using it I had forgotten my pain so much I went with my granddaughter and hung on the monkey bars at the park. That was a mistake but I have gotten it back to just about pain free again. I will say 100 mg. works best for me, but it is hard to find.

    Good but not amazing

    The product itself is pretty effective if taken for atleast 20 days. No major differences but for a cheap price (under $14), it may be worth trying out for longer.

    Takes 3-4mo

    Give it 3-4mo to start noticing anything in your skin. I have nominal wrinkles on my face (which haven't noticed a ton of change) but was taking it more for cellulite on my butt & back of thighs. It has improved by 75% I would say. It wasn't terrible to start with (but any is terrible for me). I'm 39, 5'5, 130#. I took hyaluronic acid in the past & thought it probably wasn't doing anything - slowly the cellulite came back and then I couldn't find it in the stores any more. I will keep using and hopefully keep it at bay!
