I went by advice from seller to soak in warm water with conditioner(wig) for 10 minutes, let air dry. It Still came out hard, so we sprayed with another wig(braid/twist) so far so good. Haven’t crochet this in yet. I had a event to attend,so I used another crochet hair-goddess box braids. Finally received an email back after they were shipped four days later stating that I can ship them back at my cost. Very disappointed with the service I received. Hopefully they fit one of my brother’s bikes, not paying 10 more dollars for shipping even though the description says they would fit my bike.
