When I first tried the system it would not turn on so I messaged the seller and he told me to call his shop so we could find a solution. He then told me to take a picture of the problem so he could issue a refund/replacement. I tried the system one more time and to my amazement it turned on and worked properly. You have to jiggle the on off button for the system to work. Over all I am happy!
