    Good but a bit loud...

    I have been stuck in the Ca foothills shutoffs and this generator has pulled me through. The only complaint I have is that it is a bit too loud. Unfortunately the quiet ones cost twice as much or more! This generator has performed flawlessly. I have about 60 hrs on the unit so far. The only other issue I have is that it is a bit difficult to check and change the oil. The oil inlet and dipstick are semi obscured by the location of the battery. I love the electric start... I am installing a transfer switch and a propane feed for it so I can more readily switch over as it appears the shutoff may be the new standard around here for a while!

    Very good bang for the buck so far!!

    Although I've only used it a couple of times so far since I bought it, I have been very pleased. The assembly was easy and only took about 1/2 hour. Fired right up out of the box on gasoline, have not tried the LP option yet. Ran my 20 gallon air compressor and a mini fridge at the same time without a struggle. Real test will be my camper though, thats why I bought it.

    Great Champion Generator

    Probably the most thoroughly packaged item I have ever seen. Did the 5 hour break-in period. Ran great, generated correct power, ran on propane. Starts easy, not to loud. Moves easy with the wheel kit. Only have good things to say about this generator and Champion as a company.

    Single phase. 120 volt

    Machine runs fine. I thought it was 2. phase ,,120/230 volt. My fault I miss red it. I would have liked it to have had a 30 amp disconnect breaker at the panel. So far a great machine. I would recommend it. I rewired my panel for single phase. i added a thirty amp switch. I wired it single phase thru a double throw switch and for safety i wired a thirty amp switch. Don't forget my tee shirt.

    Champion Generator

    It's the best I have had others but this champion generator is lot easier to work with quick start no problems and that was right out the box just add the oil and put on the wheels connected the propane comes with the hose not as noise as the one I had it's just a very well done generator.
