    Looks much bigger in picture, not fit for medium size parrots

    This cage is very small and not appropriate for parrots unless they are small parrotlets. It is difficult getting our bird in and out of the cage and there were no holes drilled to affix the top play perch. The cage looks so much larger in the picture and they measure the width at the seed catchers at the bottom instead of the width of the actual cage at the top. It would be good to see the width of the top so you can see how wide the cage actually is. Overall the drawers slide easily and I like the deep bowls for the feed and water. I would not call this a large cage and would not include parrot in the description; it would be fine for cockatiels or finches or parakeets or some of the conures.

    Parrot cage

    My cockatoo likes to sit on top on the cage on my patio underneath the awning. The water and food dishes are great. He never is locked in this cage we use it as an outdoor cage. My friend and I found it very easy to put together. I would recommend the size for a pionus, myers parrot or something that size if the bird is kept in a cage for a few hours at a time. Overall I was very satisfied.

    it's a good cage for the money

    instructions are vague but you can easily tell what goes where and how it should fit (don't put the rollers on first if you are doing it yourself just a hint the cage is not that heavy) the spring loaded latch is nice but do put the door safety latch on it might be a pain but our amazon is right at 3 months old and has already figured out how to open the latch
