Buffer was an odd hard acrylic type material and the screws looked like cheap imported parts. Seller quickly refunded my money less five bucks. We don't have screw machines in our shop to manufacture the screws (as with almost all other machine shops) , so we source them from a large US company that specializes in fasteners. They are made from 18-8 stainless steel and are more than adequate for the task. This buyer sent us a snotty message after receiving the item, and we replied to send it back for a refund. We refunded 100%, but return shipping is not included.
