I ordered the extra large supposed to fit up to a 48 inch chest. He is 44 and he could not even get one on it is so tiny. I am not exagerating.. I am 110 pound and tried one on and it just barely fit me. So I guess I can use them for sleep shirts. I am considering buying the 3X to get anywhere near an extra large. Very disappointing.
