The only negative for me is that the plastic piece that should have a little whole in it to let the oil come out by drops, did not have the little whole in it. So I guess that’s why the droppers were included. But that’s a little thing, but also a negative for me. The other thing was not the fault of the seller. The delivery time was awful. Even UPS has done this recently. The plastic piece with no hole is a cone to prevent the bottle from leaking while in transit. In the listing, we put: **IMPORTANT INFO: No dropper tops -- you will receive a disposable pipette with each essential oil purchase. This is because those dropper tops forever plug up, don't work with thicker oils or let too much out and spoil formulations. Thanks for your order & review!
