    Works but be prepared

    Item washes out color even stubborn black and greens/blues. Only problem is it's as damaging as bleach. If you already have very damaged hair I wouldn't suggest it. It will melt your hair just like overprocessed bleach hair does. Other than that product works very well. Better than any other color remover I have used. I just used bleach and this product one to many times.

    Using joico color eraser with black violet hair

    I've been coloring my hair a violet black for a year now, used joico color eraser with 30 volume developer and it brought it to a bright red, from there I used bleach. But it took all the black right out! Highly recommend this product!

    Best color remover out there

    Worked great, just make sure you mix it with a 30 vol developer for best results. Got rid of the stubborn green (arctic fox) from my bleached blonde hair. Lifts really fast so make sure you keep an eye on it.

    Is this actual magic?

    This product is so impressive. It removes the color literally within a minute. I've read mixed reviews concerning damage that is done to your hair. I can't say for sure that this product damages your hair because my hair was already damages but my hair did feel rough after washing it out. I was removing purple dye and it left my hair as a light blue (my hair was toned a blue-toned silver before purple). Overall I would recommend this product.

    Pretty good

    I’ve used all kinds of bleaches and “color oops’s” before, but this was probably the best one yet. I know it says use 20 developer, but all I had was 30. Starting with dark moldy green hair, it now looks like like blonde/mint. Which I’m fine with. And left it on for 13 minutes. No fry either :)
