    Out of respect from one seller to another I'm refraining from choosing neutral and will instead go with positive. This hat was listed as new without tags but after receiving it, that's questionable. I've attached some photos of the hat that was advertised compared to the hat that I received. I wanna chuck it up to the photos being taken weeks or months before the hat was actually shipped. Somewhat lazy shipping by the way. A plastic grocery store bag or Ziploc wouldn't hurt. Just saying 🤷🏾‍♂️
