Not stated internet slows down during heavy use, mind slowed down to 0.8MPS. Range of the hotspot is short, have Roku sitting on top of the hot spot which took care of problem. Speed slows way down at 15' across clear room . On the + side service is excellent, tested phone call service and excellent, problem taken care of. Listed $75 honored after complaint reason for + FB. Took 11 days to ship.
