Impressive quality. Came with a cleaning brush and spoon. Make sure you align the hole as indicated and the hole where water is passing through is clear and clean before any use.

You can tell the manufacturing quality has decreased over time due to the plastic being more flimsy. The pods 'explode' open and hot water gushes out of the coffee machine when in use; this never happened with the old ones.
