I wrote to Ebay: Dear Sirs, Usually my Neighbour receives my mail when I am usually absent. I went to check whether my Neighbour who told me that they forgot to give me a small package. The package was with the two shorts . I was very uspset but I could not do anything with the neighbour who helps me always. I opened the package and found out that there were the two shorts one red and one blue.I am very very sorry
