The seller is hard to get a hold of because they are on Hong Kong time, so responses are delayed. Also note "free delivery" does NOT include unloading from the delivery truck, which they do offer for a steep $600 extra, so buyer beware.

The packaging crate was very well made, 1/2 inch to 1 inch plywood with laminated 2x4s and 4x4s, with minimal damage to the crate and no damage to the machine. Great value.
