Although seller did refund the purchase, his responses were extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. I did send photos to show the damage/state of the eggs, but still received snarky responses regarding my concern and dissatisfaction. Shipping box was not appropriately marked and eggs were not appropriately protected for shipping.

I reached out the moment I saw in the tracking page on July 5th what had happened. Communication from this seller was rude and accused us of refusing delivery. I asked what the next steps were and was told to wait. I eventually requested a refund directly through eBay and the seller made the refund and told me never to purchase from him again.
