Was told they could prove nose ring was in package due to weight of package. I've asked for weight of package twice so I could weigh myself the package with the empty bag to which I've been ignored. She never asked for the weight "twice" infact When we explained the item couldn’t be confirmed missing,due to the risk of someone removing it,she disappeared,we have now sent you postal receipe proof seen as you falsely stated you requested it when you didnt, confirming the item was inside when shipped.After her tactics failed, she returned to purchase a larger size,further proving she made up lies bec she ordered wrong size
