    Deep sleep - BLISS!

    I suffer from bouts of insomnia. This is the only product I have found which gives me 8 hours deep sleep without having that 'hang-over' feeling next day. Within 30 minutes of taking just half a tablet I am drowsy and within an hour am deep asleep. Wonderful.. Hard to get so I was delighted to find it again as I was on my last few tablets. Good value as I only take half tablet at a time and infrequently so as not to become dependent.

    Kirkland sleep aid

    I love it because it works. I take one at bedtime and shortly after taking it I'm asleep. I sleep through the night and feel rested the next day. The sleep aid is not expensive so that makes it accessible to someone like me that is on a fixed income

    I recommend even though it makes me itch.

    It really helps you get a good night's rest. It needs to be taken 2 hours be4 bed, it least for me. However, it does cause you to itch which is very uncomfortable, until u fall asleep.
