    Seller was extremely responsive. Printer was shipped via FedEx and they kept damaging printers in transit. Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.

    Bargain price for a great quality printer.

    Pros: 1. Prints pages quickly 2. Printer doesn't care what cartridge you use (unlike my former HP) 3. Black ink lasts longer than HP's ink 4. I can print many pages with the Pixma in a short amount of time 5. Pixma is very easy and convenient to use. No frustration required at all 6. Ink is refillable at Costco. You could also do the refill yourslef if you wanted to 7. I'm never going back to that HP trash printer. I'm very satisfied with my Pixma Cons: 1. Ink is just as expensive as HP's. Good thing I don't print a lot 2. Takes a while for prepping time each time you turn it on. Turn it on 10 minutes in advance from when you plan to use it 3. Paper compartment is at the bottom as opposed to being at the top 4. No other Cons come to mind

    It prints quite well. Good rendition. Somewhat difficult to learn to use. too dependent on the computer. I wish it came with a printed instruction manual. Noisy.

    Best. Deal. Ever.

    I needed an inkjet printer in order to use my transfer paper(for adding designs to shirt and such). Printer is in great shape, works, came in a few days and I got it for an amazing price. It came in the original box and with half a cartridge of ink! I actually paid less for this printer than for the transfer paper!

    An Excellent All-in-One for a Good Price

    The price was competitive with the features offered, much much simpler to set-up then my previous HP All-in-One printer, easy to understand instructions, replacement cartridges are reasonably priced. I've only have it for 2 weeks but so far so good.

    Tired of HP

    I had a Canon several years ago. Then my last 2 printers were HP. Each HP started off good. Then, invariably, something would brake. Just sitting there and oops suddenly the scanner doesn’t work. Oops suddenly there’s an error that you need to remove ink to fix, but the printer is locked up so the ink won’t slide over. So I Gave $100 for this canon, without ink. Ink was $31 for the black and a color cartridge. Setup was very simple. Easy to follow instructions. So far so good. Printing is quick and looks good. I haven’t printed any pics yet. But I really didn’t buy it for that. I don’t know how an HP can break, just sitting there. But 2 in a row did. Back to Canon for me.
