The item was New and Sealed just as if it could have been purchased directly from the Apple Store but at a much better price! I had to pay extra custom fees but that's a negative experience from my country not the seller, especially cause not only they charged me extra, they also opened the package, both shipping and factory. Watch works, it would be an absolute 10/10 if it weren't for the battery since it's a bit weak cause it lasts a day on full charge and power saving mode on.
