    Easy to operate, air settings are great. I can feel the air blow from across my master bedroom. Received in new condition, no dents or defects. Cost was a little high for this product, in my opinion. Sleek appearance and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Love the remote! I suggest purchasing ice packs for rotation, or ensure you have a good supply of ice. Takes about 30-45min. To completely cool the bedroom. Also suggest a small table to set it on floor doesn’t work well for me with louvers up.

    Horrible for the money I payed for it dose not do anything it says I had it for more than a week and nothings changed I even checked out YouTube which everyone knows YouTube is the go to when trying to figure something out well I watched the how to video did everything to the tee and I am here to tell you my regular fan blows out more air then this box unbelievable I payed over $90 not worth the price im going to stop buying my electric appliances from off here totally not worth it 🤷🏾‍♂️
