They shipped out my 12u rack mount server cabinet. And it arrived in tattered condition with a shattered glass door. There packing of the unit was obviously very questionable as far as protecting the glass door from being damaged in shipping box was not marked with any markings indicating handle with Care fragile glass! The communicator response was the rack ear edge lip does not support the weight. They say photo on ad is outdated. just check out the first photos. inset photo is theirs... main photo is what was delivered. second photo is from their ad. .. Won't be buying from sysracks again.
