    I've had a Swiss Diamond for 14 yrs. It started sticking. I ordered a new one. I took my original, covered the bottom with Clorox bleach. Let it stand several hrs. Cleaned it. It is as good as new! Amazing pan! Now I have 2. A happy man am I..
