    First issue: was when the item didn't ship out in 4 days like their handling time states, had to open a case with Ebay just to get the item in the first place. 2nd issue: we get the item we tested it with 3 different adaptors and 2 different TVs, still couldn't make it work. Talked to the seller about what we could try and ultimately decided we had exhausted everything trying to make this work. 3rd issue the seller gets the return, they message me and guilt/shame me because I returned the item.
