      Initial shipping was fast, but I did not receive everything. I contacted the seller, and communication was okay, not great. After learning I didn’t receive everything they sent a little more. However I was still missing two items from my order. I attempted to contact them again, but I got no response. A couple days later I sent another email, finally a response came through. They told me the manufacturer no longer offered the last two items, and sarcastically said that was just my tough luck.

      We did respond to the buyer's messages. We did make a mistake and only sent part of the order. We promptly sent the rest of the order. The buyer asked for a plastic case and a DVD as this was not sent. We were informed by the manufacturer that these items are no longer included and are unavailable. We explained this to the buyer. We never said it was their "tough luck". We also offered to give the customer a full refund if they would like to return the item. They have not responded.
