As a tech at a couple Ford dealerships just over 2 decades ago, this was my first 2019 Ford Edge 2.0 8-speed trans service at 58k (Ford recommends 30k intervals). Had converter shudder so I added BG cleaner (yellow can) to original fluid, drove 15 miles then drained 4 quarts. Refilled 4 quarts & drove 15 miles & drained. Filled last 4 quarts & added BG conditioner (green can) & Lubegarrd shudderfixx & drove 20. Need 1 more drain

This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.
