    Leider habe ich meinen bestellten Artikel trotz angeblich erfolgter Zustellung nie erhalten. Der Verkäufer war in dem deshalb erfolgten Emailverkehr wenig freundlich und auch nicht kooperativ. Ich werde nun den nicht erhaltenenen, aber bereits bezahlten Artikel bei Amazon bestellen, da klappt die Lieferung wenigstens. Sehr schade, aber bei diesem Ebayverkäufer werde ich sicherlich nie wieder bestellen.

    Wie die Kundin schon schreibt, wurde der Artikel nachweislich zugestellt. Auch gab es die angekündigte Amazonbestellung dieser Kundin nie. (Wir sind alleiniger Anbieter dieses Artikels) Es ist also davon auszugehen, dass eine neue Bestellung nicht nötig war und die Kundin nur versucht hat, einen kostenlosen Artikel zu erhalten.

    Four of the sizes were wrong. I asked to return them and paid for one return label. I am now being told that I can't have a refund for more than one as the return was under one return label, despite me sending four items back. The order arrived in one box, why do I have to send the returns in four boxes to receive a refund for all four items.

    Die Kundin hat uns nur 1 Stück von den 4 bestellten Sets zurückgesendet und behauptet nun, dass sie 4 zurückgesendet hätte. Dies ist ein Betrugsversuch und wurde auch Ebay gemeldet.
